Thank you to our Supervisory Committee, which reported a clean audit, confirming that our internal controls are sound and member assets are well protected. We continue to operate with values that define all that we do: transparency, accountability, and integrity.

This year, we also made tremendous progress in modernizing our operations and deepening our connection with the community:

Branch Rebranding: We’ve begun transforming our branches into modern, engaging spaces that reflect our values of security, community, and exceptional service.

New Leadership: We have brought in seasoned credit union leaders who are bringing innovative ideas and best practices to strengthen our organization.

Operational Improvements: Our new Operations Center has centralized efficiency, allowing for more staff collaboration and enhanced administrative strategies.

Technology Upgrades: We are investing in systems to improve speed, convenience, and digital access.

Financial Literacy Resources: Our new Financial Literacy Library and educational programs are helping members make informed financial decisions.

Each step we take reinforces our mission to serve members first by helping more people access secure, affordable, and compassionate financial services.

As we continue to build on these successes, member satisfaction remains our highest priority, and that’s something we can all celebrate.
